Since 2016, Golden Cow has become Charlotte’s most iconic family-owned ice cream shop. They started with a 2 quart ice cream maker and a dream. Today, they serve Charlotte with three locations, provide their staff with living wages, promote philanthropy and inclusion as their mission, and make the best ice cream you can find. Owners Liz and Alex stated, ““We created Golden Cow to make people happy, serve the best ice cream possible, give opportunities to our staff, foster community building, and give back to the city we love. We and our team put our heart and soul into our ice cream and hope you love every lick!!”
