Free returns

Returns are free: we cover the cost of return shipping.

Return window

We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the delivery date. We can't accept returns or exchanges after 30 days from delivery, and refunds won't be processed for items returned outside that window.

Holiday purchases made November 1 through December 24 can be returned or exchanged through January 31.

Eligibility

Items that have been worn or washed aren't eligible for return or exchange.

Items purchased as gifts can be exchanged or returned for store credit only.

Items purchased during 704 Shop sales (for example Flash sales, Black Friday, Cyber Monday or other special event sales) can be returned for an exchange or store credit of equal value, but aren't eligible for a refund.

Wrong, damaged or defective items

If you received the wrong product or an item that's damaged or defective, contact us at hi@704shop.com and we'll take care of it.
