A Neighborhoodie is a 704 Shop hoodie printed with your neighborhood's name, available for more than 21,000 neighborhoods across the U.S. Each one is made to order and ships in 7 to 10 business days.

Email hi@704shop.com with the neighborhood and city, and we'll look at adding it. You can also search all Neighborhoodies by name or state.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Made-to-order items, including every Neighborhoodie, ship within 7 to 10 business days and usually arrive 2 to 5 business days after that.
When should I order for Christmas?
Order made-to-order items, including Neighborhoodies, by Monday, November 30 for delivery by Christmas. In-stock items like hats ship in 1 to 2 business days. Need a last-minute gift? Our digital gift cards arrive right away.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, U.S. orders of $100 or more ship free. Orders under $100 ship for a flat $7.95.
Do you offer express shipping?
Not right now. All orders ship by standard shipping, and most items are made to order and ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Right now 704 Shop ships to U.S. addresses only.
What is your return policy?
Returns are free, and we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery. Holiday purchases made November 1 to December 24 can be exchanged through the first week of January.
How do your hoodies fit?
Neighborhoodies are unisex and fit true to size. They're made from 10 oz cotton/polyester fleece.
Do you have retail store locations?
No, 704 Shop doesn't have a retail store, so shop with us online at 704shop.com. You can also find our gear at the 704 Shop shops in Charlotte Douglas International Airport. Our Charlotte office at 421 Penman St. isn't open for shopping.

704 Shop started in Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2013 and is named for Charlotte's 704 area code. Today we make Neighborhoodies for neighborhoods all over the country.
Is your UNC Charlotte gear officially licensed?
Yes. 704 Shop is an officially licensed UNC Charlotte retailer, and the brand was started by three UNC Charlotte grads.
Is your City of Charlotte crown gear official?
Yes. Our City of Charlotte crown and seal designs are made under an official license from the City of Charlotte.
