This one is for Dixfield. Not the idea of a small Maine town, but the actual place: Harlow Park in July, the Ludden Memorial Library on a Tuesday, the hills going orange past the farms in early October.

The Androscoggin Valley has bigger towns on either side, but Dixfield is the one people remember. Wear it like you mean it. The heather-gray fleece holds up through a western Maine winter without making a big deal about it, which feels about right.
