Matt Moore and Matt Hooker are making Charlotte better. 

They are artists who are changing the face of Charlotte, one canvas at a time. And their canvas is huge, most often the side of a building. The two of them are trailblazers. They make Charlotte cool. Add them to the long list of reasons Charlotte is the best city in the world.
